How to prepare:
- Espresso: Use 7-9 grams of ground coffee to prepare 30 ml of espresso with an extraction time of 25-30 seconds.
- Filter coffee: Use 15g of ground coffee per 250ml of hot water (90-96°C).
- French press: Add 30 grams of ground coffee to 500 ml of hot water, and leave for 4 minutes before slow pressing.
