• If you receive an order that does not match your choice, or a product that is damaged or defective from the first use of the product, please contact us directly within a maximum of 3 days.
• The time period for solving any problem faced by the customer ranges between 3-5 working days in the same city of the store, and 5-10 days outside the city of the store.
• When returning, all accessories and gifts received with the product upon purchase must be returned in their original packaging.
• Products prepared at the customer’s request or according to specifications he specified are excluded from return and exchange. This excludes products that are defective or do not conform to the agreed upon specifications.
• If a product arrives other than the order ordered from the store and the store made an error in preparing the order, the store will bear all shipping costs and replace the product.
• If you order using a credit card or one of the electronic payment methods, we will refund the price of the product (item) only. Please note that it may take 14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank statement once the payment is processed by the financial department.
