First: Cancel the order
The customer can request to cancel the order only before preparation or shipping begins.
The order cannot be cancelled after it has entered the processing stage or after it has been shipped.
Second: Cancel the order after shipment
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the shipment is refused, it will be returned to the store, and the round-trip shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
Third: Refunds
The refund will be processed within (3 to 7 business days) via the same payment method used.
If payment is made via bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the same account from which it was transferred after you provide us with the required information.
Fourth: Cases in which refunds are not granted
After receiving the order, if the product is as described and undamaged.
If the product has been opened or used.
If a product or roasting level is chosen based on the customer's preference.
Fifth: Important Notes
The refund process may be delayed due to procedures of banks or payment companies, which is beyond the control of the store.
