Cancellation of the order: The customer has the right to cancel the order before delivering the shipment to the shipping company. If the shipment is canceled after the order is executed, only the value of the product will be refunded and the value of the shipment will be deducted. This includes free shipping. Refund: The refund is made within the specified period within 7 working days of receiving the shipment from the shipping company, via bank transfer from the store’s account. If you cancel the order and pay by credit card, please note that it may take 14 business days for the amount to appear in your bank statement once the payment is processed by the Finance Department.
