In order to ensure the quality and safety of food products, Finjal Coffee Shop applies the following policy:
First: Returns and Exchanges
Products cannot be returned or exchanged after receipt if they match the order and are free from any defects.
Also, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
Second: Cases in which refunds are not accepted
Difference in taste or personal preference
Choosing the wrong roasting level
Change of opinion after receipt
Any order fulfilled based on the customer's choice
Third: Cases in which refunds are accepted
Received a product different from what was ordered
The product arrived damaged or visibly defective.
Arrival of an expired product
Fourth: Application requirements
The store must be notified within a period not exceeding (48 hours) of receiving the order, due to the nature of the food products.
Please provide us with the order number and a clear photo of the case.
The product should be in the same condition as when received.
Fifth: Shipping
If the error is on the store's part, the store will bear the shipping costs.
If there is no fault on the part of the store, the customer bears all costs.
Products are shipped via non-refrigerated shipping companies, and some products may be affected by temperature fluctuations; the store is not responsible for this.
Sixth: Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment.
Seventh: Refunds
The refund will be processed within (3 to 7 business days) via the same payment method.
If the shipment is refused, the round-trip shipping fees will be deducted.
